CONFERENCE BACKGROUND
Aero-engine is a multidisciplinary integrated power unit, which needs to meet many harsh and contradictory comprehensive index requirements, and with the continuous development of modern aviation industry, the performance of modern airplanes and the demand for technological innovation is constantly improving, resulting in aero-engine's working environment gradually becoming more harsh and complex, which is a great challenge for its technical research and development and engineering design. In order to adapt to the ever-increasing performance and technological innovation needs of modern aircraft, there is an urgent need to develop new configurations of aero-engines and new design methods. In recent years, China's aviation engine field continues to emerge innovative technologies and achievements, the domestic aircraft C919 successfully realized commercial transportation, independently developed CJ-2000 aero-engine is also stepping up the development of China's aviation equipment industry, and continue to promote the development of China's aviation equipment industry. In the future, a new set of large thrust, lightweight, ultra-high speed, long life, low emissions and other characteristics of the new configuration of the aero-engine will become the mainstream of the design, a comprehensive innovation of the aero-engine product development process, change the design thinking, and pay attention to the basic research will be important for the upgrading of the configuration of the aero-engine!
In order to actively respond to the national innovation and development strategy, accelerate the transformation of technological innovation and achievements in the aero-engine industry, and realize the rapid flow and cross-border integration of innovation elements and industrial elements, the 2024 Aerospace Equipment Innovation and Industry Promotion Conference will be held on September 26-27, 2024 in Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China. With the theme of "even the smallest innovation needs to be connected", the conference will focus on the current situation and cutting-edge trend of China's independent development of aeronautical equipment, and set up one theme summit, eight thematic forums, and a science and technology innovation exhibition at the same time around the hot spots of aeronautical equipment independent development, digital technology, and low-altitude flight, with the aim of responding to the country's realization of high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and promoting economic growth. It aims to respond to the national strategic plan of realizing a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and promoting the high-quality development of the economy.
